During This Seminar You’ll Discover:
  • What VoIP is, how it works and why the phone company may force you
to switch to a VoIP phone within the next 3 to 4 years.
  • 4 different ways to implement VoIP and why you should never use 3 of
them for a business phone system.
  • Hidden costs with certain VoIP systems that can negate any cost savings
you might gain on your phone bill.
  • 7 revealing questions to ask any VoIP salesperson to cut through the
hype, half-truths and “little white lies” they’ll tell you to make the sale.
  • The ONLY way to know for sure if VoIP will work in your environment
    and in your business.
Who Should Attend?

C-Level executives and managers who are looking to purchase a new phone system, you’re about to make a very important decision that, if mishandled, may not only cause you to waste a lot of time and money, but also can frustrate your clients, new potential clients and employees with dropped calls, poor sound quality and a host of other communication problems.

If you’ve just started shopping around, I’m sure you were met with conflicting advice, confusing “geek speak” and no real answers to your questions and concerns about sound quality, cost savings and whether or not VoIP will work with your current network and Internet connection.

That’s why we created this seminar.  We wanted to offer you a simple, straightforward venue that not only answers your questions in plain English, but also provides vital experience-based information on choosing a VoIP system that most phone system sales guys don’t know (or may not tell you). After all, selecting something as critical as your company’s phone system is a decision you do not want to make lightly.

Here's What Others Have To Say About The Seminar

“I can’t say enough good things about EBI and their IT and VOIP phone system services.”

We developed our relationship with Keith about 6 years ago. Our IT, that we had for about 7+ years, was moving from the area just as we were about to move into the Union Bank Building. Needless to say, I was stressed to the max.  We made the move with my husband and myself doing all the work including running the network lines etc. My appreciation for IT increased greatly.  Once we were settled in the new office, my search for a new IT began.  Ken met a company, through business connections, that we tried using for a few months. We found that they were always trying to encourage us to purchase much more expensive equipment than we required for just a single office and their hourly charge was almost double of what we had paid in the past. It was not a good fit for our company.  Our previous IT referred us to Keith at EBI. He had done some joint work with Keith and highly recommended him and his staff. That is when the IT, for our office, became much simpler once again.  Keith did a thorough review of our systems and needs.  He had a couple of recommendations of equipment upgrades that were within our budget and a plan of service designed around our needs. We have been very happy with he and his staff’s service ever since. They are quick to respond to any issues we may have. They take care of our backups, install updates, provide anti-virus and anti-spam services, monitor our systems so that if one of the computers goes down they know immediately.  They have the ability to assist with issues, that may occur, remotely.  The move that we made earlier this month went smoothly and required very little work, on our end, to get the systems up and running again.  Our down time was one business day.

Prior to our move, we had satisfied our contract with our antiquated phone system carrier.  Keith installed a VOIP phone system that works very well and the cost is about 1/3 of what we were paying previously. The system has all the features plus more than our previous system. For the move, all that was required was plugging the phones into the network in the new office and we were up and able to answer calls.

I can’t say enough good things about EBI and their IT and VOIP phone system services. I highly recommend Keith and his staff.
